Register for the Rate Program

Complete the registration process by clicking on Enrol Now in the top right corner of our site. It is super important that you complete all your details accurately, especially your email address, as this will be the email address your certificate will be sent to after you have completed the course.

Submit Your Verification Documents

Please provide photo identification, for example, your drivers licence or passport. If you are unable to provide this information please provide a copy of your birth certificate and medicare card by emailing info@rateprogram.com.au

Make Payment

The RATE Program costs $225.00 and payment can be made by the following methods;
  • Paypal;
  • Credit Card (Mastercard and Visa);
  • Afterpay

Start The Program

Once payment is made you will be prompted to start the course. Here are some little tips to help you through the process.
  1. Ensure you have a notepad and pen handy to record your notes during the program.
  2. Remember this is all online and can be paused and continued as many times as needed.
  3. There are no time constraints however the program can be completed in around 5 1/2 Hours depending on the individual
  4. Please complete the program in sequential order
  5. It is always a good idea to complete the multiple-choice questions at the time you finish the segment, whilst the information is still fresh in your memory.
  6. At the end of the course, use your notes to reflect on points you feel were significant and allowed you to gain a new perspective during the educational process. Your Reflection document can be handed to the Magistrate to display what you have learnt from completing the RATE Program.

Certification of Completion and Reflection

Once you have completed the program, a Certificate of Completion and your Reflection document will be emailed to your nominated email address that you registered with. If you have not received your certificate, please check your email junk folder prior and to emailing us at info@rateprogram.com.au
