We confirm that the above Participant has fully completed the RATE Program. The participant has provided photo identification to the course administrator and the participant has signed a declaration that they are the same person who has completed the program. In order to successfully complete the RATE Program, the Participant must view three online lectures, view five road safety education videos, complete self guided reading and complete 4 short exams. The total duration of the program is approximately 5 hours. The participant has completed case notes in their own time which have been attached to this certificate. We confirm that the Participant has attended to the full payment of the course fee of $225.00 (inc. GST)
